Welcome to the Kerala Association of Colorado. Members and friends of Kerala Association of Colorado
along with the larger Colorado community have fostered family and cultural values and celebrated many
traditional festivals. The events we organize cherish the rich cultural heritage and helps in promoting
friendship and cultural exchange within communities here in Colorado.
Kerala Association of Colorado is a cultural organization, whose members have a
common origin in Kerala, South India. Kerala, located at the southwestern
tip of India is flanked by the Western Ghats on one side, the Arabian Sea on
the other, and speckled with rivers, backwaters and rich vegetation in
between. That is why it is referred to as God's own country. National
Geographic Traveler places Kerala as one of the 10 exotic Paradises in the
world and one of the 50 'must-see' destinations of the world.
Association is founded as a non-profit cultural and social organization
which heads the Keralite Community in the city of Denver and the Rocky
Mountain Region. It serves a 500 member strong community. With clear goals,
far-reaching vision and a dynamic leadership, we try to promote our valuable traditions and culture while bringing together the people from God's Own
Country. The organization has
been active in the Colorado area for more than 25 years. The members of our
association belong to various professions, have excellent educational
qualifications, and profess different religious faiths.
Our mission is to provide a forum to exhibit our cultural talents, diversity
and promote family values.
